Killiechronan is a large comfortable, self catering holiday home which sleeps up to 14 people.

Peacefully and centrally located next to Loch na Keal on the west coast of the beautiful island of Mull, within easy reach of all Mull has to offer.

Upstairs there are three double and three twin bedded rooms, each with ensuite bathroom. and downstairs a further twin 'cook's' bedroom with ensuite shower (with disabled access)

Downstairs is a sitting room with log fire, leading from which is a games/TV room with table tennis: a dining room to seat 12+ and a nearby pantry with dishwasher: a cloakroom and further shower and laundry room.

Wifi connection and telephone are in a small office.

The kitchen is well equipped with a table seating 6-8 and a 4 door aga, electric oven and gas hob.

Beside the house is ample parking and a help yourself log store, and in front a gracious lawn (croquet available): Woodland walkaways behind the house are carpeted with bluebells in spring ad are home to fallow deer.

Killiechronan is 13 miles from the Craignure ferry terminal on the isle of Mull.

The village of Salen with general store, post office, restaurants and bike hire is 2 1/2 miles away: the bright lights of Tobermory a beautiful 13 mile drive: Ulva ferry (crossing to the isle of ulva and sea trips to Iona and Staffa with the possibility of seeing puffins and Dolphins) a stunning 6 mile drive along the coast.

The isle of Mull has numerous attractions for self catering holidays, there are - theatre, restaurants, castles, pony trekking (here at Killiechronan), the sacred isle of Iona (a day trip from Killiechronan), wonderful walks and outstanding wildlife.

No smoking in all Killiechronan letting properties.

The River Ba flows into the sea a short distance below the House and the long flat pebble beach provides extensive walking at low tide.

Killiechronan offers the perfect location to spot eagles. There are eagles nesting on the estate, it is also a haven for otters and many more wildlife species with red deer on the hill, and tamed fallow deer on the lawn.

There is pony trekking on site and river fishing available.
